About Drivyn

Diagnostic Support That Moves Vehicles Forward

Drivyn LLC provides on-location automotive diagnostic support for repair shops, smaller dealerships, fleets, independent technicians, and vehicle owners throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

We are called when a vehicle has consumed time without producing a clear direction—when a warning light has been mistaken for a failed part, an electrical problem comes and goes, a vehicle will not start, or the original concern remains after a repair.

Our role is to help determine what the evidence supports, what still needs to be tested, and what should happen next.

Why Drivyn Exists

A difficult vehicle can sit for days while technicians balance scheduled repairs, customers wait for answers, and businesses lose productive space. Parts may be replaced based on assumptions, but the original problem can remain.

Drivyn was created to provide another option.

Instead of sending every difficult vehicle to a dealership or allowing it to continue occupying a bay, businesses can bring in Drivyn as an on-location diagnostic resource. We focus on the difficult problem while the shop continues moving approved work forward.

The shop remains the customer’s trusted advisor, controls the repair process, and keeps the resulting repair opportunity.

What Drivyn Provides

Every diagnostic service is built around four practical outcomes:

  • Documented diagnostic findings

  • A clear next testing or repair direction

  • Evidence that separates confirmed facts from assumptions

  • Information the customer, technician, or business can use to make the next decision

A trouble code identifies the system that detected a problem. It does not automatically prove which part failed. Drivyn follows the evidence before recommending the next action.

Who We Support

Repair Shops

Drivyn supports shops when a difficult diagnostic vehicle is consuming technician time, occupying a bay, or lacks a clear next test. We work as a controlled diagnostic sublet—not as a replacement for the shop or its technicians.

Smaller Dealerships

Used inventory can lose value every day it remains unavailable for sale. Drivyn helps dealerships investigate warning lights, no-starts, electrical faults, intermittent concerns, and problems that remain after previous repairs.

Fleets and Local Businesses

A work vehicle does not produce revenue while it is sitting. Drivyn helps businesses obtain a documented diagnostic direction so they can make informed repair and downtime decisions.

Independent Technicians and Vehicle Owners

Some customers are capable of completing a repair but need help determining what to test first. Drivyn can help organize the symptoms, codes, previous work, and available evidence into a logical diagnostic direction.

How We Work

Our process is straightforward:

  1. Review the vehicle information, symptoms, trouble codes, and previous work.

  2. Confirm the initial diagnostic authorization.

  3. Perform testing on location.

  4. Document the relevant evidence and findings.

  5. Provide a clear recommended next action.

If additional diagnostic time is needed, it is discussed and approved before testing continues. Parts and repairs are quoted separately.

The Drivyn Standard

Drivyn is built around a few simple principles:

  • Test before recommending parts

  • Separate evidence from assumptions

  • Communicate findings clearly

  • Obtain approval before additional time is spent

  • Respect the customer, the vehicle, and the business relationship

  • Leave every client with a useful next direction

Our purpose is not to make the vehicle sound more complicated. It is to make the next decision clearer.

Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Jake, founder of Drivyn LLC.

I started Drivyn after seeing how easily a difficult vehicle can become stuck in the automotive repair process. Technicians are expected to balance diagnosis with scheduled production, businesses need vehicles returned quickly, and owners often receive a trouble code without a clear explanation of what has actually failed.

As a technician, I believe diagnosis should begin with the concern and available evidence—not with a list of parts to replace.

Drivyn allows me to focus on the part of automotive service I value most: understanding how the system works, determining why it is not working correctly, and giving the customer or business a logical direction forward.

This company is built to support the people responsible for getting vehicles back on the road. Whether I am helping a shop with a vehicle that has occupied a bay too long or helping an owner understand what should be tested next, the goal is the same:

Find the missing evidence. Establish the next direction. Move the vehicle forward.
