At Drivyn LLC, we strive to provide honest, professional automotive repair and exceptional customer service. By scheduling an appointment or authorizing repairs, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Booking Fee Policy
A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment time.
The standard booking fee is $135, which includes up to one (1) labor hour for diagnostics, inspections, or repairs, depending on the service selected.
Booking fees reserve technician time and appointment availability.
Nevada Repair Authorization
In accordance with Nevada law, Drivyn LLC provides written estimates for repairs when required by law. No repairs exceeding the approved estimate will be performed without additional customer authorization, except as otherwise permitted by Nevada law. Customers may also waive a written estimate or additional authorization only as permitted by Nevada law.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect our technicians' time and other customers:
Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable for no-shows.
Booking fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.
Customers arriving significantly late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their booking fee.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Customer Conduct Policy
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace.
Drivyn LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for customers who display abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff. Booking fees will not be refunded if service is refused due to inappropriate customer conduct.
Safe Working Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible working conditions for mobile service.
Drivyn LLC may postpone, reschedule, or decline service if conditions are unsafe, violate applicable laws, or present an unreasonable safety risk to our technicians.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate vehicle information.
Providing legal access to the vehicle.
Ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe work area.
Removing personal valuables before service.
Ensuring pets and children remain clear of the work area.
Diagnostic Disclaimer
Modern vehicles require professional testing before repairs can be recommended.
Nevada Diagnostic Disclosure
When a diagnostic is performed for the purpose of identifying a vehicle malfunction, your estimate includes the diagnostic service. If disassembly or reassembly is necessary to accurately diagnose the concern, applicable costs will be disclosed before work begins when required by Nevada law.
Diagnostic testing identifies the cause of a reported concern based on the symptoms present at the time of service. Additional or unrelated concerns may require separate diagnostic procedures.
Trouble codes alone do not determine the failed component.
Additional testing may be required before repairs can be authorized.
Diagnostic charges cover technician time, testing procedures, and professional evaluation—not guaranteed repairs.
Repair recommendations may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis.
Repair Authorization
No repairs will be performed without customer authorization unless previously approved.
Verbal, text message, or emailed authorization may be accepted when written authorization is not practical.
Additional Repairs
If additional repairs become necessary after work has begun, Drivyn LLC will obtain customer authorization before performing repairs that exceed the original estimate by the amount specified under Nevada law. No unauthorized repairs will be performed except as otherwise permitted by law
Parts Policy
Customers may request OEM, aftermarket, or economy replacement parts when available.
Replaced Parts
Customers may request the return of replaced parts at the time repairs are authorized.
Parts required to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier under a warranty or exchange program cannot be returned to the customer. However, those parts will be made available for inspection upon request when applicable.
Drivyn LLC reserves the right to recommend the parts that provide the safest and most reliable repair based on the vehicle and application.
Customer-supplied part may be declined at Drivyn LLC's discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer
Warranty Inspection
To evaluate a warranty claim, Drivyn LLC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before repairs are performed by another repair facility.
Repairs completed by another shop before Drivyn LLC has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle may limit or void warranty coverage to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the repair and parts installed.
Warranty coverage is limited to the original repair performed and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Please refer to our Warranty Information section for complete warranty terms, limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Warranty does not cover:
Abuse or misuse
Racing or commercial use (unless specifically covered)
Accidents or collisions
Lack of maintenance
Failures unrelated to the repaired component
Customer-supplied parts
Previous Diagnoses
Drivyn LLC does not rely solely on diagnoses performed by other repair facilities.
To ensure repairs are accurate, safe, and eligible for warranty coverage, Drivyn LLC reserves the right to perform its own diagnostic testing before completing repairs based on another repair facility's diagnosis.
Repairs performed without a Drivyn LLC diagnosis may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Inspection Disclaimer
Vehicle inspections represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only.
An inspection is not a guarantee against future mechanical failures. Components may fail after inspection due to normal wear, age, driving conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Fleet Services
Fleet customers may qualify for priority scheduling, volume pricing, and customized maintenance plans.
Standard booking fees apply unless alternative fleet agreements have been established in writing.
Estimates
Repair estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Written Estimates
In accordance with Nevada law, customers are entitled to receive a written estimate for repairs exceeding $50 unless a lawful waiver has been executed.
Repair estimates include anticipated labor, parts, and applicable charges necessary to complete the authorized repair.
Customers will be contacted for approval before repairs exceed the original estimate as required by Nevada law.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.
Drivyn LLC reserves the right to suspend work or withhold vehicle release documentation, invoices, warranties, or future services until payment has been received.
Final Invoice
Upon completion of repairs, customers will receive an itemized invoice describing labor performed, parts installed, and applicable charges in accordance with Nevada law.
Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to protect customer vehicles, Drivyn LLC is not responsible for:
Drivyn LLC is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions, worn components, or unrelated mechanical defects discovered before, during, or after repairs.
Mechanical failures unrelated to repairs performed
Personal items left inside the vehicle
Delays caused by parts availability, weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Additional Repairs & Pre-Existing Conditions
Some vehicles, particularly older vehicles or those exposed to corrosion, may have rusted, seized, brittle, worn, or deteriorated components.
Despite using proper repair procedures, the removal or replacement of parts may result in the failure or damage of adjacent components that were already weakened due to age, corrosion, previous repairs, or normal wear and tear.
If additional repairs become necessary as a result of these pre-existing conditions, Drivyn LLC will notify the customer whenever reasonably possible before proceeding. Any additional parts and labor required are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the original estimate.
Acceptance of Service
By scheduling an appointment, paying a booking fee, authorizing repairs, or allowing Drivyn LLC to perform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and disclaimers.
Seized & Corroded Fasteners
Some repairs require the removal of bolts, studs, fittings, or other fasteners that may be seized, rusted, or damaged.
Although every reasonable effort will be made to remove these components without damage, additional labor, replacement hardware, drilling, extraction, or related repairs may be required. Any additional labor or parts resulting from seized or damaged fasteners will be discussed with the customer before work continues whenever reasonably possible.
Hidden Damage
Additional Findings
Some vehicle conditions cannot reasonably be identified until disassembly or testing has begun.
If additional repairs become necessary, customers will receive an updated estimate and authorization will be obtained before additional work is performed whenever required by Nevada law.

Refund & Return Policy
At Drivyn LLC, we are committed to providing honest, professional automotive service and quality workmanship. Because we provide automotive services rather than retail merchandise, refunds and returns are handled differently than those for traditional retail purchases.
Our goal is to resolve customer concerns fairly while maintaining clear expectations regarding labor, diagnostics, and parts.

Your diagnostic fee covers the technician's time, professional experience, specialized equipment, testing procedures, and evaluation required to accurately identify your vehicle's concern. The diagnostic service has been fully performed regardless of whether repairs are authorized or completed.
Additional diagnostic time or advanced testing may be required for intermittent, complex, or multiple concerns. No additional diagnostic work will be performed without customer authorization.

Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. Drivyn LLC is a mobile automotive service provider that performs eligible repairs and diagnostics at your home, workplace, or other approved location within our service area.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and many surrounding communities.
If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, please contact us.
Why is there a booking fee?
Your booking fee reserves dedicated technician time and includes up to one hour of diagnostic or repair labor depending on the service selected.
It allows us to provide reliable scheduling while reducing missed appointments.
Is the booking fee applied toward repairs?
For qualifying services, yes. Please refer to the individual service description for details on how your booking fee is applied.
Diagnostics
Why can't you tell me what's wrong over the phone?
Modern vehicles require professional testing. Similar symptoms can have multiple causes, and replacing parts without proper testing often results in unnecessary expense.
Can I bring my own diagnosis?
We appreciate any information you can provide.
However, Drivyn LLC may require its own diagnostic testing before performing repairs to verify the concern and provide warranty coverage.
Will a code reader tell me what's wrong?
Not necessarily.
Diagnostic trouble codes identify the affected system—not always the failed component.
Professional testing is often required to determine the root cause.
Repairs
Do you perform engine or transmission replacements?
Currently, Drivyn LLC focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and many common automotive repairs.
Some major repairs may require referral to a trusted repair facility.
What happens if additional problems are discovered?
We'll contact you before performing additional repairs.
No additional work will be completed without your authorization unless previously approved.
Can you install customer-supplied parts?
Sometimes.
Customer-supplied parts are accepted only at Drivyn LLC's discretion and are not covered under our warranty.
Mobile Service
Can every repair be completed on-site?
No.
Some repairs require shop equipment, vehicle lifts, or specialized tools that are not suitable for mobile service.
If necessary, we'll recommend an appropriate repair facility.
What if the weather is bad?
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled if weather or working conditions create an unsafe environment for our technicians.
Safety always comes first.
Does someone need to be present?
For most appointments, yes.
If alternative arrangements are made in advance, we may be able to perform certain services without the customer present.
Warranty
What warranty do you provide?
Most qualifying repairs include a 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Limited Workmanship Warranty unless otherwise stated.
Please see our Warranty Information page for complete details.
What should I do if I think something is wrong after a repair?
Contact us as soon as possible.
We'll inspect the concern and determine whether it's related to our workmanship or another issue.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards
Debit cards
Cash
When is payment due?
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
