Fleet Booking Fee

A $135 standard booking fee is required to schedule most fleet repair appointments. This fee is designed to reserve your service appointment and secure your place on our repair schedule.

The booking fee includes the first hour of labor and is applied toward the total cost of your repair. If additional labor or parts are required, a detailed estimate will be provided for approval before any additional work is performed.

Priority Fleet Accounts: Customers enrolled in a Priority Fleet Service Agreement are not required to pay the standard booking fee. If you're interested in becoming a Priority Fleet customer or would like to discuss custom fleet pricing, preferred scheduling, and account benefits, please contact us by phone to speak with a Service Advisor.

Fleet Pricing

We offer custom fleet pricing based on the size of your fleet, service frequency, and maintenance requirements.

Whether you operate 2 vehicles or 200+, we'll work with you to create a maintenance program that fits your budget and minimizes downtime. Discounts and preferred labor rates may be available for recurring fleet customers and scheduled preventative maintenance.

Fleet Priority Service

Fleet customers may qualify for priority scheduling and preferred response times to help reduce vehicle downtime. Participating fleet accounts may also receive:

• Priority scheduling

• Preventative maintenance reminders

• Consolidated invoicing (when applicable)

• Customized maintenance schedules

• Dedicated fleet account support

Fleet priority benefits and pricing are based on your service agreement and fleet size.

Fleet Service Disclaimer

Fleet services are subject to vehicle accessibility, parts availability, weather conditions, and safe working conditions. Some repairs may require additional diagnostic time, specialty equipment, or shop facilities and may not be suitable for mobile service.

Drivyn LLC does not perform complete engine replacements, transmission replacements, or other major drivetrain overhauls as part of our mobile services.

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs or labor may be identified during service and will always be discussed with the authorized fleet representative before work proceeds. No additional charges will be incurred without prior approval.
